Lenny Kravitz never wanted to be famous
Lenny Kravitz "never wanted" to be famous. The 54-year-old musician have received world wide fame for his music, but says it was never his intention to "become a star," as he was simply interested in making music.
The 'Fly Away' hitmaker -- whose mother was 'The Jeffersons' star Roxie Roker, said, "My mother was on a No. 1 show, and it ran for 11 seasons, and we didn't have a housekeeper. We did all the housework -- my mother was scrubbing floors on Saturday, she drove a Buick, she was just so real. By the time I made it, that side never affected me. It was always about being humble and being grateful. I always said I wanted to be a musician -- It was always based on art, not on how many records I would sell or how big the arenas were going to be."
Kravitz, who is known for his brand of psychedelic funk rock, told Variety magazine; "I just knew that I was singing and performing my truth.
Iman scared in America.
Sixty three year old supermodel Iman has said she would love to head off and see the world, as it's something she's always wanted to do. She has her heart set on places including Vietnam, Korea, and Australia, but says she would never go travelling around the United States because she feels "scared" in the current political climate.
"Maybe five years ago (I would have travelled), but America has changed. The hostility and division is palpable."
Iman is the widow of 'Space Oddity' hitmaker David Bowie, who passed away in 2016, after suffering from liver cancer.
The beauty was born in Somalia, but moved to America to pursue a modelling career. But despite her growing fears about America's political climate, she insists she'd never leave the country. Speaking to PorterEdit, she said, "As much as I am Somali, I am American. This is the country that gave me everything, so it is my duty to stick it out."
Khloe Kardashian is still unsure about moving back to Cleveland.
The 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star hasn't decided whether she will move back to Ohio with Tristan Thompson, according to her mother Kris Jenner.
During a round of 'Burning Questions' on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Kris was asked if Khloe planned to move back to Cleveland, with the matriarch answering "maybe".
Khloe and Tristan hit a bump in their relationship when the basketball star was seen seemingly kissing another woman just days before Khloe gave birth to their daughter True, now six months.
A source previously revealed Khloe is reluctant to return to Ohio after spending the summer back home in Los Angeles with her family. "Her family is happy that she is still in LA and wants her around for as long as possible. No one is pushing for her to go back to Cleveland to be with Tristan. This will be her decision to make. It seems she isn't moving back right now. But one thing is for sure - Khloe seems very happy. She loves being a mom and only leaves True occasionally for work."
