Dan Sylva hoping for big things

Canada-based singer Earle 'Dan Sylva' Lewis is making his presence felt on the local music scene, courtesy of his single Wake Up & Live.

The spiritual-awakening track, produced by Sylva's Canada-based Mahogany Studio, is set to hit local airwaves.

"I try to make music that is uplifting, inspirational and positive. Most of my music surrounds love, spirituality and positivity. I try to create feel good music so that listeners can enjoy," said Dan Sylva.

The hard-working singer is confident it will only be a matter of time before he becomes a household name in reggae music.

"Nothing happens before the time, I know that's a fact. So I am patiently working and waiting for my time to make my mark, and I know it won't be long. I can tell just by the way people are reacting to my music, I have something special," said the artiste.

Dan Sylva is preparing to shoot the music video for Wake Up & Live.

"I want it to be done and ready for release by November," he said.

Also on the agenda is the release of another single from his upcoming reggae album before the end of spring.
